FEES:

All sessions are 60 minutes long at an hourly rate of $150.

Unlock Counseling accepts credit cards, cash, and check payments for private pay and insurance co-pays. Autopay options are available. Sliding scale fees are available on a case-by-case basis.

INSURANCE:

Unlock Counseling is in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois PPO and Blue Choice plans, Optum/UnitedHealthcare, and Aetna. Please verify your coverage and benefits before scheduling your first appointment. Some important information to gather prior to your appointment is: Whether Unlock Counseling is in network with your health plan, whether a deductible applies, and how much your copay is.
